Message	If there's a problems@ashspec.com (which it sounds like there needs to be), then Nick should be added to that email list if he is the go-to guy. Make it very clear on the website who to email if there is a problem, and the issue is done. No "talk to Nick on Monday and Wednesday, and Joe every other day" crap.
